HISTORY

2350: Janice Anderson is born in Columbia, Missouri, to Allison and Joseph Anderson.
2356: At the age of six, Janice begins her basic schooling at the local elementary school.
2362: Janice transfers to the local junior high school. While taking the standard coursework, Janice excels in the science and history courses, and her parents encourage her to begin considering a career in Starfleet.
2365: Janice transfers to the local senior high school, taking Starfleet Academy-prep course work to improve her chances to get into Starfleet Academy
2368: Janice graduates from high school, and decides to take some time off from her education before enrolling in Starfleet Academy. During this time, she works part time in a clerical position at a local medical facility.
2369: After hearing about the discovery of a stable wormhole near the Bajora system, and the Starfleet acquisition of a space station in the vacinity, Janice submits her application to Starfleet Academy. Later that year, she travels to San Francisco to take the Starlfeet Entrance Exams.
2371: At the age of 21, Janice enters Starfleet Academy in San Francisco, California. There, she emphasises her studies on biology, and soon decides to study medicine.
2373: The war between the Federation and the Dominion escalates, and Cadet Janice Anderson is assigned to the USS Valley Forge, an Excelsior-class starship stationed at Starbase 375.
2375: With the conclusion of the war, Janice returns to Starfleet Academy
2376: After completing her required courses for Starfleet Academy, Janice enrolls in Starfleet Medical Academy.
2378: Janice begins her Starfleet Medical internship aboard the USS Firestorm, serving as one of the nurses aboard the Steamrunner-class starship.
