HISTORY
Born to humble parents in New Orleans, David learned at an early age that he had natural skills at piloting. His days were spent learning fundamentalsin Math, Science, and Grammar while his evenings were spend with his father, learning to pilot the large fanboats that were almost tradition in the local area. David won several races against neighbors and others from around the area, which earned him his nickname, "Bajah." After a few years of this, he finally decided that he was meant for better than racing through the bayou on a boat.
He enrolled into the local Starfleet Academy located in Baton Rouge with the money he had won from some of the races and was soon excelling at the Navigation and Stellar Cartography courses that he was transferred to San Francisco to complete his schooling. In 2370, he graduated with honors and was stationed on a refitted USS Voodoo for his internship. The ship was his choice, because it reminded him of his home. Bajah had not seen his family in 4 years. Bajah spent the next 3 years piloting the Voodoo and even began to teach many of the new recruits that came aboard some of what he knew.
In May of 2373, Bajah was stationed on Federation Outpost 1192, which is located close to Starbase 375. After two years of sitting at the outpost, Bajah had taken to piloting the small shuttle they have at the outpost to keep his edge on piloting. The time spent at the outpost has been completely uneventful, much to Bajah's disappointment.
