June 23, 2353	Brother Alec Stewart McCafferty born on Tycho City
February 11, 2355	Brian enters Coundon Court Comprehensive Primary Education
April 6, 2359	Brian is selected in the Warwickshire All-Schools Football side- however a knee injury all but ends his football career. He decides to quit and focus on his education
December 1, 2361	Brian finishes his primary education, and enters Birmingham Technical College with a view to also becoming a landscape architect
July 17, 2363	At age thirteen, Cheryl and Garrick McCafferty are killed in what is believed to be a freak shuttlecraft accident
August 15, 2363	Brian makes a decision to leave Birmingham Tech at age sixteen and apply for Starfleet Academy
